Chef Michael Stauber, CEC, has been cooking professionally since 1973. He was Executive Chef and Sous Chef at some of the best restaurants in California and Hawaii, including The Grand Hyatt Kauai, Nantucket Fish Company, Silverado Country Club, and Joe's on the Green. He also served three consecutive terms as the ACF (American Culinary Federation) President for the island of Kauai, and is ServSafe® Food Safety certified.
